Which Vetario models can I use oxygen with?

We have two models which are compatible with the use of oxygen, they are the Vetario T40M and the Vetario T50M. These models have been independently tested by BSI for product safety to the Animal and Medical Incubator standards

Which Vetario models can I use a nebulizer with?

We have four models which are compatible with the use of a nebulizer, they are the Vetario S40 Advance Series II, S50 Advance Series II, T40M and the T50M

Can you control humidity in Vetario models?

What can I use to clean my Vetario?

Please avoid using alcohol based products when cleaning your Vetario as they frequently damage plastic. In all cases, rinse cleaning agents and disinfectants off carefully to avoid damage through prolonged contact, particularly around the door hinges.

Can I have my Vetario serviced by Brinsea?

Yes, we offer a variety of services for our customers!

  • Servicing – Checking all functions and inspection of the condition of electrical and mechanical parts.
  • Calibration service – Re-calibration of your machine.
  • Repair – Diagnosis and repair of machines with new parts if needed. Please note, we will always contact you with an estimate of cost before undertaking any work.

Any product to be returned for servicing MUST be returned clean and disinfected. This is particularly important to help in combatting the spread of diseases such as bird flu and is a requirement under DEFRA regulations. Unclean products will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Are Vetario models available in 240v?

Yes, we are able to supply 240v machines but they are a special order.

What do I need to know about fitting spare parts?

Supply and fitting of spare parts:

  • Incorrect fitting of spare parts can expose the user to electric shock and/or fire hazard.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure correct fitment of the replacement/spare parts, and re-sealing of the item of equipment where necessary.
  • We encourage you to ensure all parts are fitted by a competent person in accordance with our specifications.
  • We will not be held liable for any damage caused by the fitting of the part.
  • Please ensure that you have read your warranty conditions before attempting to install a part or otherwise repair the product.
  • We will not be held responsible if the product is damaged or your warranty is voided.
  • Where appropriate, your guarantee is on condition that you use a qualified technician.
